Job summary

A leading construction and maintenance company in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Project Implementation Manager to drive the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. This role involves overseeing project delivery from planning through to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR modules. The ideal candidate has a degree and at least five years' experience managing large-scale HRIS implementations, particularly with SAP. This position offers an attractive compensation package and a commitment to workforce diversity.

Benefits

Salary between £60,000 - £70,000

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience managing large-scale HRIS or payroll system implementations.
  • Direct experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee configuration and integration of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
  • Manage relationships with SAP and implementation partners.
