Your new company A well established local building services consultancy seeks to appoint a Building Services Design Engineer to their team. Established over 50 years ago they have developed strong client relationships including; university's and hospitals in particular. In this they develop exciting projects including helping their clients towards decarbonisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both the mechanical and electrical aspects of Building Services design.
• Design calculations, site visits, surveying existing installations, preparing specifications and drawings for tender.

What you\'ll need to succeed

You will need to be working in the building services industry as a design engineer either having a background in Mechanical or Electrical or both. In this you will either need to have suitable qualifications such as a HNC or considerable experience.
