Job summary

A global technology leader is seeking a Customer Success Advocate in Belfast. This full-time role focuses on enhancing customer experiences by managing programs and services. Qualifications

  • Up to 12 months of relevant project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Strong program management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formal initiation of new programs and clarify deliverables.
  • Oversee successful delivery of programs by leveraging resources.
  • Support pre-sales activities and analyze customer contracts.
