Responsibilities

• Assure the quality of the leads sent to clients.
• Have a thorough understanding of campaign requirements for each lead.
• Review each lead to ensure BANTP is identified accurately.
• Enter dispositions of each lead into Siebel.
• Escalate quality issues to brand and account managers.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
