Job summary

A leading automotive retailer in Glasgow seeks an organised Sales Administrator for their Head Office. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and managing vehicle sales taxation and invoicing. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a high level of organisation, and the ability to multi-task. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is nice to have but not essential. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • High level of organisation and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to stay calm and work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicle stock records are accurate and up to date.
  • Tax and invoice vehicle sales efficiently.
  • Confirm all vehicle stock details recorded are correct.
  • Obtain, record and securely file vehicle documents.
  • Produce accurate vehicle sales invoices matching signed orders.
  • Ensure payment for vehicle sales is received.
