A leading automotive retailer in Glasgow seeks an organised Sales Administrator for their Head Office. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and managing vehicle sales taxation and invoicing. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a high level of organisation, and the ability to multi-task. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is nice to have but not essential. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.
We’re looking for an organised Sales Administrator to work in our Head Office in Glasgow.
Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Working in our busy, fast-moving Sales Administration department, you’ll be responsible for making sure our vehicle stock records are accurate and up to date.
Reporting to the Fleet Sales Supervisor, you will also ensure that vehicle sales are taxed and invoiced efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
For this role, you will need a high level of organisation and accuracy, as well as the ability to work well with others.
