In this position, you’ll lead post‑acquisition investment management activities, represent the firm on portfolio company boards, and guide strategic decisions through to exit. You’ll take ownership of valuation processes, proactively identify asset risks and compliance considerations, and provide robust technical and commercial analysis to support effective governance. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will drive asset optimisation strategies, contribute to reporting and business planning, and ensure full alignment with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
