A leading grounds maintenance provider is seeking Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Kendal. Your role involves keeping local grounds in excellent condition through grass cutting, strimming, and other horticultural duties. Ideal candidates should have previous grounds maintenance experience and a UK manual driving licence. Location: Kendal
Hourly Rate: £12.21 - 12.71 - going to upper end of band in April
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract
Contract Dates: Enrolment between 2nd – 13th March until 16th October (weather conditions dependant).
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30
About the role
We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Kendal to work on our Westmorland and Furness contract. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
