A leading independent aerospace and industrial forger in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their maintenance team. This role involves working the rotating 2 shift pattern, focusing on planned preventative maintenance, installation of new equipment, and reactive maintenance. Candidates should be apprentice-trained with NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering, possess knowledge of safety systems, and have experience in fault finding and preventative maintenance. Independent Forgings and Alloys (IFA) have an exciting opportunity to join their Maintenance team as a Maintenance Electrician The role is working Monday to Friday on working on rotating 2 shift pattern Monday to Friday - 6am-1.30pm and 12-7.30pm.
We manufacture high-integrity, open-die and closed-die forged components in nickel alloy, titanium, stainless steel and carbon alloys for customers and tier-one suppliers within the aerospace, nuclear, power generation, marine as well as oil and gas sector. We are unique due to the combination of open and closed-die forging while also undertaking the whole production process from raw material to the finished product in one location.
