• Proven experience in senior operational leadership within fintech or digital investment.
• Hands-on knowledge of CASS and client money controls required.
• Experience designing and embedding operational processes in tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily operations of back-office functions.
• Ensure compliance with FCA standards and produce relevant MI.
• Lead and develop operational teams to maintain high standards.

Skills
