Role Overview
The Production Coordinator is a pivotal role within NEP UK, ensuring seamless delivery of outside broadcasting (OB) events for a wide range of high-profile clients. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for liaising with crew, booking accreditation, submitting accreditation and raising POs. This is expected to be a 10-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

Working Arrangements
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9am – 5.30pm).
Hybrid working: Minimum 3 days per week in the Bracknell office following a period of onboarding (the initial 2-4 weeks will require full-time, in-office attendance to ensure successful integration into the role and team).
Fixed-term contract: Expected 10 months (maternity cover).
