Role Overview
The Technical Sales Specialist plays a key customer-facing role within NEP Connect, acting as the technical authority during the sales and pre-sales process. The role holder is responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing end-to-end broadcast and media solutions, including contribution, production and distribution working closely with NEP Connect and wider NEP Group technical teams to develop robust, scalable, and operationally deliverable solutions.
This role bridges commercial, technical, and operational teams, supporting new business development, major bids, and account growth by ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound, aligned to customer needs, and consistent with NEP Connects managed services and delivery capabilities.
Success will be measured through the quality and effectiveness of solution designs, contribution to successful deal closure, and smooth transition from sales to delivery.
