A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a full-time Team Leader in Rotherham. The role involves supervising staff, assisting with patient care plans, and promoting independent living among adult males with autism and learning disabilities. Progress House is looking to recruit a Team Leader to join their team.
Role Type: Full-time.
Hours: 36 hours per week. 8am - 8pm or 9:30am - 9:30pm + a sleep-in.
Team Leaders will work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and be on-call for the weekends you work.
Pay Rate: £13.10
Progress House is located in the residential area of Kilnhurst, near Swinton and Rawmarsh. It’s a residential home which supports adult males, who are autistic and/or have a learning disability. We are situated on a residential side street.

As a Team Leader, you will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents. You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.
You will have gained experience in a similar setting, supervising and leading others.
