Estama are recruiting for a Shopping Centre Manager to join our team at the Pescod Square Shopping Centre in Boston. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Shopping Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the shopping centre and ensure outstanding operational performance, strong retailer relationships, and an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of centre operations, including compliance, safety, presentation, and financial performance. You will work closely with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the centre operates efficiently while supporting leasing outcomes and long-term asset value.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a hands-on management style, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with tenants. You will be confident managing budgets, reporting, and operational initiatives, while maintaining high standards across the centre environment.
