A national charity organization based in Doncaster is seeking a Finance Manager to enhance its impact through robust financial controls and reporting. The role involves preparing management accounts, improving compliance, and working closely with the Finance Director. Ideal candidates will have a recognized finance qualification and experience in charity finance. This position offers flexible hybrid working, fostering a supportive and impactful environment for making a difference.

This is an exciting new role to work closely with the Finance Director and finance team. We are looking for a finance manager who can provide robust financial controls and reporting to help ensure we maximise our impact and make every penny count.
You will
A key part of this role will be building strong relationships and engaging with budget holders to guide them through financial principles and controls and create impactful reporting solutions.
We are looking for someone who will bring:
Hybrid working with at least 2 days a week in Doncaster - Gresley House. Hours negotiable: 28 - 35 hours per week.
To fulfil the role, you must be resident in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Volunteers muddy their boots in parks, community gardens, woodland, sites of special scientific interest, nature reserves, schools and hospital grounds, helping create a network of protected green space across the UK.
