GSE Solutions Enablement Director – Europe
Global Solution Enablement (GSE) is a customer-facing organization that enables differentiated solutions aligned to customer needs across Keysight’s portfolio. GSE partners with Keysight Sales, Services, and Industry Solution Teams to drive profitable solutions and services growth while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
The GSE Solutions Enablement Director – Europe provides strategic and operational leadership for a multi-disciplinary technical selling organization responsible for complex solution engagements across the region. The role leads managers and individual contributors spanning Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, Project Managers, and delivery partners.
This position balances business ownership, organizational leadership, and execution discipline, translating strategy into scalable solution capability and predictable outcomes.
The Director serves as a senior partner to regional Sales and Industry Solution leadership and represents GSE in high-impact customer engagements.
