This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing driver training while maintaining accurate training records. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HGV driving experience, a Class 2 HGV Licence, and a strong understanding of driver assessments and legislation. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HGV driving experience, including multiple HGV modes.
• Proven expertise in conducting driver assessments.
• Valid Class 2 HGV Licence and Digital Tachograph.
• Up-to-date CPC Training.

Responsibilities

• Support the hiring process with pre-employment assessments.
• Provide regular refresher and additional mode training.
• Maintain accurate driver competence and training records.
• Offer reassessment and retraining for drivers following incidents.
• Regularly analyse driving data with management.
• Conduct targeted support for drivers requiring improvements.
• Stay updated on vehicle technical changes.
• Enhance training delivery and pursue personal development.
