A global pharmaceutical organisation seeks a Master Data Manager to lead the implementation of master data processes, govern data quality, and resolve data integrity issues. You will manage a team of data specialists and ensure compliance while also driving process improvements. The Master Data Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, governance, and ongoing optimisation of master data processes within the UK Finance Shared Service Centre. You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and integrity of high‑quality, compliant master data across multiple countries. The role oversees data governance frameworks, establishes quality standards, manages tools such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, and drives continuous improvement while resolving data integrity issues in partnership with IT and business stakeholders. You will also lead/develop a team of data specialists (6 to 8 heads), embed a strong data culture across the organisation, manage stakeholder engagement, and support major system and process change.
You can expect a competitive salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience) along with a range of financial and wellness benefits including a 10% annual bonus, 10% pension contribution, private healthcare, critical illness, wellness allowance (£30 a month), 25 days holiday and hybrid working.
