Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical programme delivery within automotive powertrain programmes.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software powertrain systems, particularly in PHEV or hybrid platforms.
• Ability to deliver complex technical programmes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical programme delivery for the MLA LR PHEV domain.
• Collaborate with Powertrain commodity teams to integrate solutions.
• Ensure delivery of integrated powertrain systems into the Vehicle Programme.
• Track progress and report on technical, financial, and schedule performance.
