Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior financial control or group reporting role.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams in charity or non-profit.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide financial accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance frameworks.

Skills

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)

Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation

Strong understanding of internal controls

Audit and governance knowledge
