Job summary

A luxury hotel in Bermuda is seeking a Head Bartender to develop fresh cocktail ingredients and manage beverage offerings. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Bartender in a luxury Restaurant environment.
• Extensive background managing the beverage section within a hotel or luxury restaurant setting.
• Experience in cashiering/order taking and food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare fresh cocktail ingredients including syrups, shrubs, cordials, and bitters.
• Work closely with bartenders to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage inventory of bar prep items and coordinate ordering.
