A leading technology company in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead a team focused on compiler toolchain technologies for safety-critical software. The Software Group (CE-SW) is responsible for developing and improving the software ecosystem around Arm's next generation architectures and systems. This means working with processors and other hardware technology not yet available to the public!

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead a growing team delivering the compiler toolchain technologies that underpin safety-critical software running on Arm architectures. This role is ideal for a mid-career leader who excels at people management, communication, and cross-team collaboration.
Working in close partnership with a dedicated Software Architect, you will focus on creating the conditions for engineering success—empowering your team, ensuring clear communication with internal and external partners, and driving delivery excellence. Your work will directly support Arm’s mission of enabling trusted, high-reliability solutions across automotive, industrial, and other safety-critical markets.
