• Knowledge and/or experience of budget management and appropriate controls.
• Experience and detailed understanding of Service Charges, Housing and/or Residential Property Management.
• Knowledge of the legal framework around home ownership & service charges.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive internal customer service for service charge enquiries.
• Compile and analyse reporting information for service charge systems.
• Lead on resolving complex service charge issues and related enquiries.

Skills

Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel

Ability to explain complex information

Knowledge of budget management
