A leading flexible workspace provider is seeking a Property Services Auditor to conduct audits of property service charges across multiple countries. The role requires full professional proficiency in English, and preferably French. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in Lease Administration or Property Management are essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are also required. The position offers flexibility in work location within the UK, Eastern Europe, or North Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lease Administration or Property Management.
• Ability to interpret lease language.
• Experience in auditing property service charges.

Responsibilities

• Performs property service charge invoice reviews and audits.
• Communicates regularly with landlords and their agents.
• Works closely with IWG Asset and Country Managers.
