A leading foodservice supplier in the UK is seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce. This hybrid role involves collaboration with agile teams, technical analysis, and supporting documentation. The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of asset management, and a customer-focused mindset. The Salesforce Functional Analyst will be responsible for full life cycle management of Salesforce. You’ll need to understand current computer hardware and software entitlements, update documents, guidelines, and be familiar with Salesforce standards and best practices. A key role that collaborates with Product Owner/Platform Owner and team to deliver user stories focused on configuring package software or performing other highly technical tasks in a timely manner and as per set quality standards.
This role is offering a hybrid working contract with the expectation to work from your local site 2-3 times per week. Flexibility with travel is also required.
To be successful, you’ll hold a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience with Salesforce. You’ll have experience in Asset Management, preferably in Service Now. The role requires a basic understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, XP, and Kanban, along with knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices. You’ll bring an agile mindset, strong customer focus, and results orientation, combined with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication and documentation skills are essential,
