We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we're now looking for a GTM Activation Associate to join our Marketing team to support the growth of the business from all things pipeline creation across ABM, outbound, inbound, and partner‑led motions.

As a GTM Activation Associate, you’ll work alongside Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to help turn Fospha’s ABM strategy and signal‑based workflows into real sales conversations.
You’ll take over and build on existing workflows created in modern GTM tools, learning how high‑performing outbound and ABM engines operate — and gradually taking more ownership as you grow. This means the opportunity to lead on initial sales calls and represent Fospha at leading events.
This role is designed for someone early in their career but highly ambitious, who wants broad exposure across go‑to‑market functions and a clear path to progress. You’ll be based in our London office and work closely with Marketing and Sales on a daily basis.
