The Role:

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads across multiple teams to ensure smooth planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our software releases. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence delivery processes, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to establish effective discovery and delivery cadences.
  • Create and maintain sprint and release plans that accurately reflect team objectives and velocity.
  • Track resource availability, plan for contingencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation actions; remove impediments proactively.
  • Ensure Definition of Done is agreed and adhered to, and that releases meet quality standards.
  • Communicate product release updates to the business in a timely manner.
  • Champion continuous improvement through retrospectives and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
  • Measure team progress against Fospha best practice scorecards.
  • Produce regular status reports covering planning, delivery, and improvement metrics.

What are we looking for?

We hire for potential - you should apply if you:

  • Have 5+ years’ experience in software delivery, operations, or Agile teams.
  • Possess strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Are an expert in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability and ability to set governance structures.
  • Have proven experience collaborating across development and operations teams for efficient delivery.
  • Bring exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Hold project management certifications (ideal but not essential).
