A leading technology firm in the United Kingdom seeks a Technical Team Lead to oversee strategic customer engagements and drive excellence within the AI delivery team. The successful candidate will mentor engineers, design AI solutions, and ensure the rollout of Microsoft Copilot and its integration. This role emphasizes customer engagement and requires excellent analytical and communication skills, offering flexibility through a Winning from Anywhere® approach, alongside competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.
With a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies, as a Technical Team Lead in Copilot you will play a dual role: leading strategic customer engagements while also driving excellence and consistency within the Copilot AI team. You’ll lead an agile team and be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the adoption and rollout of M365 Copilot, Agents with Copilot Studio and their auxiliary services.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design AI solutions, and ensure successful integration and deployment.
You will also be responsible for feeding these client learnings into our internal and external AI Strategy and how we showcase the latest AI capabilities both internally and with clients as part of our GTM Strategy.
We work with a Winning from Anywhere® approach but there is an element of travel to client sites when required, along with travel to our company conference and events.
