A leading summer activity provider in Hastings is seeking an Activity Manager for summer 2026 to manage program delivery and team leadership. The Activity Manager is responsible for the organisation and delivery of a high‑quality activity and excursion programme for students, which includes inspiring, training and managing Activity Leaders to achieve this goal. In addition, they are responsible for the safe delivery and coordination of all logistics necessary for both onsite and off‑site activities.
This role requires regular physical activity, including walking, lifting, and carrying stock to support daily operations.
The job holder will be expected to operate in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct, and any local policies and operating procedures relating to academic, welfare and safeguarding matters.
Employeesare required to cooperate fully with all arrangements in place related to Health and Safety which include implementation and compliance with control measures resultant from risk assessments and engagement with, and completion of, any relevant Health and Safety training.

All staff are required to wear the designated company uniform while on duty. Employees must ensure that the uniform is worn properly, maintained in a clean and presentable condition, and always adheres to the company’s dress code standards.
