We're Hiring: Workforce Labour Resourcer

Based in Hemel Hempstead

Full-time | Office-based

We're looking for a Workforce Labour Resource Administrator to join our Workforce team and play a key role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of skilled Labour and Plant Operatives across projects nationwide. This role suits a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What you'll do:
  • Manage the end-to-end induction process for internal and external personnel
  • Develop a strong understanding of our fleet, labour trades, and industry competencies
  • Accurately input and maintain data within internal systems and workforce apps
  • Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with external site personnel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support workforce planning to ensure timely placement of Operatives against project needs
  • Manage customer expectations through professional phone and email communication
  • Act as a key link between Workforce Managers, site teams, and project management teams
  • Promote clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and help resolve operational challenges
  • Grow and maintain the labour candidate database in line with agreed KPIs

Knowledge & Experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous administration or document control experience (desirable)
