Qualifications

• Experience as a Deputy Manager, Senior Support Worker or Manager in Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, children’s residential care and regulatory standards.
• Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership of an Ofsted-regulated children's residential home.
• Leading, coaching and supporting Support Workers on shift.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care planning and behaviour support.
• Supporting Ofsted compliance, inspections and quality assurance processes.
• Building positive relationships with families, professionals and external partners.
• Creating a safe, stable, therapeutic and nurturing environment for children and young people.

Embrace Care is recruiting an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to support the leadership of our Ofsted-registered children’s residential home, supporting children and young people with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional needs and behavioural needs.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership of an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home
