We’re currently recruiting a Business Improvement Lead at Sizewell B Power Station for our Business Improvement team
Within the Business department, we are looking for you to join our highly motivated and multi‑skilled team. You’ll be responsible for delivering demonstrable enhancements in both personnel and plant performance across the station, ensuring that business improvement activities are fully aligned with company/station strategy, and industry best practice.
You will interface widely across the site and fleet, supporting peer reviews, business planning and benchmarking. This role offers a development opportunity for individualsseekingto enhance their leadership, strategic thinking, and change implementation capabilities.
The salary range associated with this role is between £45,641 - £95,993. You’ll be appointed based on the parameters outlined in the Company Agreement as well as your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvement activities across the station and will play a critical role in helping to deliver demonstrable improvements towards our safe, outage, life extension and generation goals. They will work closely with station leadership and fleet functions to align local activities with fleet-wide strategies and best practices.
A significant portion of the role involves engaging with station staff and stakeholders to identify performance gaps, implement improvement plans, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The minimum qualification for this role is HNC (or level 4 equivalent qualification) in a relevant discipline and it may be advantageous if you hold a relevant degree.
