Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with leading capital investment projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
• Respond to facilities management issues timely.
• Coordinate and supervise the Facilities Technician.
• Manage compliance for ALTD and tenants.
• Implement budget control for approved spend.

Skills

Verbal and written communication skills

Technical skills in plumbing, carpentry

Experience with HSE compliance

Education

Passed both Maths and English GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent)

Formal qualifications in Legionella awareness

IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
