• Track record developing and implementing HSE strategy across multisite operations.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety Regulations.
• Develop and implement the company's HSE strategy.
• Lead risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Drive process safety initiatives.
• Mentor and develop your 6 direct reports.

Skills

NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety

NEBOSH Environmental Management

Health, Safety & Environmental Management experience

Sustainability programmes experience

Knowledge of polymer chemistry

Process safety knowledge

Knowledge of UK HSE legislation

Experience with ISO 45001

Experience with ISO 14001
