• Proven experience in a HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading audits, risk assessments, and improvement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the site HSE strategy.
• Provide support and guidance on Health, Safety and Environment.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance.
