Qualifications

  • Background in delegated authority business within the UK Broker/MGA market.
  • Proven success in account management and scheme oversight.
  • Experience collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for broker partners.
  • Organise and run Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Support the Head of Schemes Development in growth plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Underwriters and other teams.
  • Use performance data to identify trends and provide insights.

Skills

Experience in General Insurance
Strong customer management skills
