About the team

Hi, I am Jordan Black, PT, DPT of Tristar Physical Therapy. I hope you are okay with me telling you a little about our backstory. Much like you, I’ve always had an overwhelming passion for helping people feel relief from pain. To see a patient recover and get back to doing what they love, to have Movement Without Pain, to say to you “Thank you for being my solution”.

However, years ago, I had experiences with my own personal injuries. I went to what was considered the best of the best in my local area at that time. Only to feel… Like a number, That there was no real accountability, And that they weren’t on the cutting edge of developing the best, and most results-oriented methods to help heal those in pain.

Our story

So, I started my own little "project" and later opened my own practice with the goal of providing one-on-one care to patients and really getting to know their goals. I wanted to help my patients get back to activities they love without pain, and to create an environment where growth and improvement are at the forefront of our practice. Since opening our doors, we have grown quickly with an amazing team, and our patients often say we are “their solution”.

We are now looking for a new full-time physical therapist assistant to join our team. Over the past few years we have helped tens of thousands of local residents. The key metrics we value most are customer satisfaction and staff retention rates, not just patient volume or revenue. We would love to meet you to discuss fit with our team. We are seeking a passionate, outgoing, and experienced physical therapist to work with us full-time.
