Qualifications

• Qualified Dip CII or commitment to achieve within an agreed timescale.
• Market, industry, and company knowledge.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience of acting as a coach within a commercial environment.
• Experience of effective stakeholder management within a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and profitably underwrite new business.
• Provide embedded underwriting support at partner sites as needed.
• Manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs.
• Act as a referral point for team training.
• Communicate effectively to maintain successful relationships.
• Audit results and improve performance.
• Operate within regulatory frameworks and identify risks.
• Handle complaints per company policy.
• Conduct audits and provide feedback.
• Manage a defined caseload.
• Expand personal technical and niche knowledge.
