A prominent pharmacy service provider in Greater London is seeking a Patient Liaison to join their team. This full-time position requires excellent customer service skills, a commitment to patient care, and effective communication abilities. The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through their prescription journey while ensuring a supportive and compassionate experience. As a key member of our Patient Liaison Team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, offering support over the phone and via email. Your role will be to guide patients seamlessly through their prescription journey, providing reassurance, clarity, and a compassionate touch at every step.
