• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Commercial environment.
• Experience working in retail or shopping centre environments preferred.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation extraction, plumbing and general fabric.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with company PPM.
• Manage JLL sub-contractors whilst working on site.
• Proactively assist management team to produce quotations for extra works.
