Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a technical maintenance role.
• IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
• Capable of fulfilling an Authorised Person / Responsible Person role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building services assets.
• Diagnose faults and repair systems within technical competence.
• Supervise specialist subcontractors where required.
