We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Master Technician for our Andover depot, supporting a fleet of over 30 vehicles across Hampshire. **What you’ll be doing** As Master Technician, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our fleet is clean, safe, and road-ready. Working alongside the Assistant Engineering Manager, you’ll lead and support a diverse team of skilled colleagues, including Engineers, Technicians and Cleaners and Fuellers, creating a positive environment where people thrive.
