A UK-based charitable organisation is seeking a professional HR Manager to provide approachable and reliable HR support across their operations. The role involves collaboration with the Head of People & Organisational Development, ensuring consistent application of policies while aligning HR practices with both employment law and Christian values. This part-time position offers a salary range of £35-40K per annum (FTE), based on experience, with 14.5 hours of work per week. The HR Manager will provide professional, approachable and reliable HR support across the organisation.
