A leading commercial insurance broker in Crewe is seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Executive to manage and grow an established book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial insurance sales and a solid understanding of various products and FCA requirements. Job description

As a result of continued expansion, we are looking for skilled, energetic, and passionate Commercial Insurance Accountives with experience in all aspect’s commercial insurance broking, experience of wheels-based motor insurance fleet broking would be advantageous.

Insurance Connections is a Cheshire based Commercial Insurance Broker specialising in the full spectrum of commercial insurance products and has a wealth of experience across all industry sectors.

Our expert team of seasoned insurance professionals pride themselves on a truly consultative approach with our clients, getting to know their business well.

We source business insurance policies from our large panel of UK based underwriters, and our clients range from sole traders, SME’s through to multi-site corporates and we value each and every client in the same way – large or small, near or far.

Please note these are office-based roles – hybrid arrangements would be considered.

The Details

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm.

The successful candidate/s will inherit a book of existing insurance business with an objective to both renew this, continue to grow this via cross sell and recommendation and also develop additional new income via both their own endeavours and initiatives and the various lead generation tools used by the business.

We are looking for individuals who are/have:
  • Commercial Experience: Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a strong technical grasp of various commercial insurance products
  • Skilled and professional operators with a good understanding of appropriate FCA requirements
  • Technological Proficiency: Experience with working with Acturis Insurance system is preferable.
  • Client Centric: Demonstrated ability to identify clients’ needs, adapt to their unique challenges and provide solutions.
  • Target driven: Purposeful mindset with a determination to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Team Players: Collaborative approach, working together with the rest of our team to always achieve best results for clients and business alike.
