A prominent technology services company in Greater London is seeking a Sales Trainer responsible for assisting in the training and development of Business Development Associates and Account Managers. This role involves coaching on sales processes, auditing calls, facilitating training sessions, and developing curriculum. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of sales or management experience and possess strong communication skills. The position offers an opportunity to engage with a dynamic team and contribute to achieving sales goals.
The Sales Trainer is responsible for assisting in the overall training and development of Business Development Associates (BDA) and Account Managers with a focus on new hire training. This position works with BDAs and Account Managers to discover and understand the after warranty needs of prospects and customers, assists in the creation of compelling hardware maintenance proposals designed to successfully close business and achieve customer satisfaction, serves as a technical resource for BDAs on conference calls, and helps BDAs with account acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term account goals. This role also assists in curriculum development, assesses the BDA’s skills effectiveness, identifies areas for training reinforcement, and facilitates training and coaching sessions.
