Job description
Responsibilities
  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively through a variety of channels, including Face to Face, Calling, social networking, and digital transformation forums.
  • Consultative selling approach, closing sales, and growing new relationships with key clients.
  • Ability to represent our services confidently and establish credibility.
  • Ensuring that prospective clients’ needs are understood accurately and comprehensively and that these are communicated consistently.
  • Ensuring that Objectivity’s recommendations to prospective clients are created and communicated to a high standard.
  • Your Job and main focus will be to bring in New Business and contracts for the company within the Park Royal area.
  • Negotiating agreements and closing sales opportunities successfully.
  • Report sales performance and manage internal systems and processes to ensure all are adhered to.
  • Wide level of communication with key departments internally.
  • Needs to develop strong competency set and to target next level in all sales specific competencies.

Requirements

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a BDM
  • A passion for technology
  • A Passion for Sales and making more money
  • Self-motivated and Goal orientated
  • A high level of organisation
  • A strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Extremely organised
  • Target Orientated
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
  • Knows how to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated
  • Good sense of humour
  • Reliable and friendly
  • You need to be a good closer and a good talker
  • Familiarity in selling within the UK market.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Able to work successfully in a fast-paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Able to succeed in acquiring new clients across the UK, including regular travel to visit prospective clients.
