About the role:

The Program Manager plays a vital role in managing and coordinating smaller global client engagements that require efficient coordination and delivery. This role involves working closely with client teams and internal support personnel to ensure seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion. The Programme Manager will also handle operational and financial reporting, ensuring projects remain within budget and are delivered on time.

What you will be doing:
  • Coordinate projects from scoping and estimation through to invoicing and collections, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to interpret client requirements and deliver onspec.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business to effectively align deliverables with client needs.
  • Optimizeresource allocation andutilizationtomaintainefficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including client Finance teams, to providetimelyandaccuratereports.
  • Support the Account Lead in pursuit of growth opportunities andmaintainthe health of the client relationship.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 3-5 years of marketing agency experience with a focus on program or project management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with creative and production teams within high‑pressure environments.
  • Experience in client‑facing roles with the ability to build andmaintainstrong client relationships.
