Qualifications

• Experience in trust disputes under TOLATA, child arrangements, and maintenance issues.
• Show flexibility and prioritise workloads in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work in an open plan, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Take instruction from clients and open files through the Office Management System.
• Deal with clients’ cases from initial instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients through meetings and telephone discussions.
• Training and supervising trainees and NQ solicitors in the team.

10 Years + PQE in private practice
