# Patient Navigator## Job IntroductionKeep urgent care running smoothly, every day.**Patient Navigator.****Location:**Anstey Frith House, Leicester Road, Glenfield, LE3 8RN**Working Pattern:**Bank contract and 12-month fixed-term contract, 19.5 hours per week**Salary:**DHU Band 2, £24,745 per annum (pro rata)At DHU Healthcare, every role matters. You’ll manage calls and referrals, book appointments and provide a professional reception service at Primary Care Centres, helping patients feel informed, supported and cared for.You’ll need strong communication and admin skills, confidence using IT systems and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
