As Command Centre Team Leader, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day management of the Command Centre, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed to deliver against contractual obligations, quality KPIs and internal performance targets. You’ll be a visible and proactive leader - engaging, motivating and developing a team of administrators and schedulers through effective coaching and support - creating a high performing team that keeps our operations running seamlessly.
